How do I track my order?
All Rejuvenationist orders are shipped with full order tracking. You’ll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can check its whereabouts at ALL times.
How long does order processing take?
Your order will usually be processed within 1-3 business days.
Please note that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases. If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the business day.
When should I expect my delivery?
Average shipping time varies based on location:
- Domestic Orders: 3-9 business days.
- International Orders: 10-18 business days.
Keep in mind that once the parcel leaves the warehouse, we don’t have any control over when it will arrive.
The delivery speed can vary, as it depends on several factors related to the carrier, such as traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, incorrect addresses and/or customs processes in your country of residence.
These factors and others not listed can significantly affect the prompt delivery of packages, and unfortunately, these circumstances are not within our purview. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
We work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, but because we ship with third party carriers once it’s with the courier it is out of our hands.
So we just need to wait. However, we rarely experience any significant delays. If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender or missing please contact us so we can provide the fastest possible response, please provide your order number and the actual name you ordered with.
All queries will be responded to within 48 hours. However, you will likely receive a response much faster on weekdays. Please note that our customer service is not manned on weekends so you will not receive a response until the next business day.
Whilst we endeavour to provide assistance super fast, we will not tolerate abuse or customers who send three messages within a day regarding the same matter. Anyone who does this will be placed at the back of the queue.
How do coupons and discounts work?
Our discount codes do not work for subscriptions, so please make sure to select the one-time purchase option. Note that only one discount can be used per order, and once per customer.
I entered my shipping address incorrectly - what should I do?
We want to make sure you receive your Rejuvenationist products ASAP, so make sure you enter the correct shipping address and right contact name of the person who will be able to receive it at the time of purchase. This is your responsibility.
If you make a mistake, or things change, contact us immediately and we may be able to modify your order. We can’t make any promises, as we process and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we’ll do our best for you!
How do I cancel an order ?
If you've had a change of heart about your order or you've noticed an error, feel free to get in touch with us right away via our support email. We'll do our absolute best to catch your order before it's sent out, although we must admit, our order processing and shipping speeds are pretty zippy! But your satisfaction is important to us, and we will strive to assist you to the best of our ability.
Kindly be aware that if cancelling the order proves unfeasible, any expenses related to return shipping will be your own responsibility.

Returns & Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?

At Rejuvenationist, your peace of mind is our priority.
To ensure your order is protected against delivery issues, damage, or loss, we offer optional FREE Worry-Free Purchase Protection through our trusted partner, Seel.
Please note: You must manually add the Worry-Free Purchase Protection to your cart during checkout in order to activate coverage.
Rejuvenationist does not directly handle returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All claims must be submitted through your Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection if it was added at the time of purchase.
If, however, you were sent the wrong item then we will happily provide you with a refund. As long as the goods are in their original saleable condition.
Once we have received your returned package, we’ll inspect all items before a refund or exchange is issued. We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are not returned in their original condition, then they will be returned back to you.
We’ll let you know by email if your item has been accepted for a refund or exchange.
What Worry-Free Protection Covers?
- Lost Packages – Full refund if your package is not delivered within the protection window.
- Damaged Items – Full refund if your item arrives severely damaged (broken, crushed, unusable).
- Shipping Delays – Compensation available if your domestic order is delayed more than 10 days, or international orders more than 30 days after shipment.
Minor cosmetic damages (small dents, scratches, unsealed packaging) are not eligible for claims under protection.
How to File a Claim?
- Visit our tracking page:
👉 Tracking and Claims - Enter your tracking number.
- Scroll down and click “Report an Issue” under your protection plan.
- Submit the claim form with the required information.
Important Timelines:
- Lost Items: Must be reported within 90 days after shipment.
- Damaged or Stolen Items: Must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
Final Note:
- By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that Worry-Free Protection replaces all direct return, refund, and exchange requests to Rejuvenationist.
- No additional refunds, returns, or cancellations will be processed outside of the Worry-Free Protection system.
